Q: What is my part?

Write the order, send the referral (order) to your trium™ representative and trium™ will take it from there. We will either setup your patient in your office, or if it is more convenient for the patient, we will setup the patient in their home.  Contact us to learn more.

Q: How will I receive information concerning my patient(s)?

trium™ will send a monthly summary report to you via secure email. You will also be contacted by a trium™ nurse if the values entered by your patient are outside of normal range or if a visit to your office is recommended.  Contact us to learn more.

Q: What are the technical requirements to participate in Remote Monitoring with trium™?

A: The patient must have a Bluetooth enabled device with internet access (e.g. smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop). The device must have Google Play Store or iTunes. (will not work with Amazon products).  Contact us to learn more.

Q: What insurance is accepted for Remote Patient Monitoring?

Most Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans are accepted.  Contact us to learn more.

Q: Are the monitored parameters set by trium’s clinical team, or will I set those?

A: The parameters of normal will be based on guidelines from The American Heart Association, The American Lung Association, The American Diabetes Association, etc.  Contact us to learn more.
